SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are NOT processed on weekends. Once your order is processed & your payment information verified, your order is shipped within 3-5 business days unless you pay separately for expedited or overnight services.

Upon shipping, you will be notified via the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information. Please remember that you or someone must be available to sign for your package. If you live in an apartment complex that does not accept packages or you don’t have a mailbox that accepts parcels (large packages) you have to pick up your package from the post office.

We do ship to military installations such as APOs.

We ship all packages by USPS Priority Mail unless you specify Overnight

Express Shipping Orders placed with Express Shipping by 10:00 am CST will ship by the next business day once the order is processed. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, rural routes and remote locations usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Holiday Shipping Baby Hair is OPEN however we can not guarantee timely arrival during Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day. However, Express Shipping is not available.

Unavailable Stock If an item you have requested is out of stock or otherwise unable to be shipped, we will notify you via email of your options. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will call to confirm the issue with your order. If our attempts via phone and email to contact you and are met with no response we will simply cancel your order and refund your payment method within a week of your order date. Please be sure to check your spam folders for any correspondence, or mark Baby Hair as an accepted sender.

All UPS and USPS shipments will require a signature. For your convenience please be proactive when placing your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagements; it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS and USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please be sure to cross-check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information needed to deliver your package (Address, Apt Number, Etc.). Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee USPS charges us to make the correction or to reship the product. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS!

LOST SHIPMENTS

If you have tracked your package via UPS.com or USPS.com and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We will need to contact the responsible shipping service right away and initiate a trace/investigation for your package. This investigation can take up to 7-10 business days. It is never guaranteed that the carrier will be able to locate/retrieve your package. If your claim is resolved, we will contact you to offer a reshipment or a refund. If the claim is not resolved by the carrier, we will not be able to guarantee those options.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges: We at Baby Hair are very proud of our products and believe in the integrity and quality of our hair. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at customerservice@mybabyhair.com and let us know what your concerns are. While we have a strict NO REFUND policy, we do allow for product exchange within five days of receipt on all uncompromised hair or other items still in the original package. To make an exchange, please send your original order via a trackable source to:

Send an email with the tracking information to customerservice@mybabyhair.com along with your desired product. In your package, please include your original packing slip and a handwritten request of what you would like in exchange. By doing so, you are giving us the right to alter your method of payment for any differences in price. All exchanges will be shipped standard rate once tracking information is confirmed.
