SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

  • Once processed and payment is verified, orders ship within 3–5 business days, unless you purchase Expedited or Overnight service.

Notifications & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

  • A signature is required upon delivery. If your residence/apartment cannot accept parcels, you may need to pick up at your local post office.

Carriers & Methods

  • Standard shipments go via USPS Priority Mail (unless Overnight/Express is selected).

  • We ship to APO/military addresses.

Express Shipping

  • Orders placed with Express by 10:00 AM CST ship the next business day after processing.

  • Typical arrival: next business day after ship date.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, rural/remote areas: usually 3–4 business days after ship date.

  • Express is unavailable for P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Holiday Shipping

  • We’re open during major holidays, but timely arrival is not guaranteed around Christmas Eve/Day and New Year’s Eve/Day.

  • Express may be unavailable during these periods.

Unavailable / Backordered Items

  • If an item is out of stock, we’ll email options.

  • If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, we’ll call to confirm.

  • If we cannot reach you by phone or email, we’ll cancel and refund within 7 days of the order date.

  • Please check spam and add customerservice@mybabyhair.com to your safe list.

Signatures & Timing

  • USPS and UPS shipments require a signature.

  • If you have a deadline (appointment, event), please order early.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or natural disasters.

  • Holidays are not business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable due to carrier delays.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Address

  • Most delays come from incomplete or incorrect addresses. Please confirm street, unit/apartment, and any necessary delivery details.

  • If an address correction is required after shipment, you’ll be charged the carrier’s correction/reship fee.

  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for additional shipping charges.

  • No refunds for refused or abandoned shipments. All sales are final.

Lost Shipments

  • If tracking shows a discrepancy or a package appears lost, contact us immediately.

  • We will open a carrier trace/investigation (allow 7–10 business days).

  • If the carrier resolves the claim, we’ll offer a reshipment or refund.

  • If the claim is not resolved by the carrier, those options cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Final

  • We maintain a strict NO REFUND policy. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Exchanges (within 5 days of receipt)

  • We accept exchanges for uncompromised, unopened items in the original packaging within 5 days of delivery.

  • Email customerservice@mybabyhair.com with your request and tracking once shipped back.

How to Exchange

  1. Ship your original item(s) via a trackable carrier to:

  2. Email customerservice@mybabyhair.com with the return tracking and the item(s) you want in exchange.

  3. Include your original packing slip and a brief handwritten exchange request inside the box.

  4. By submitting an exchange, you authorize us to charge or refund any price difference to your original payment method.

  5. Approved exchanges ship at a standard rate once return tracking is confirmed.
