Our Mission & Why It Matters
Domestic violence is a significant problem. Many of people experience it at some point in their lifetime, and it can be challenging to break the cycle. Yet a better future, complete with healthy self-esteem, is well within reach. Baby Hair wants to help survivors by offering a safe space. We use a portion of our proceeds to offer complimentary salon services to people whose lives have been touched by domestic violence.

The funds collected are used to provide free salon services, educational resources, and emotional support to domestic violence survivors. -

We’ll share stories, metrics, and updates about how many people were served, partner salons engaged, and community actions taken.

I have a lot of hair but I am NOT A HAIR PERSON. I was close to choosing a South Park fade for the remainder of my hair Iife. My hair is definitely a strong individual because it has managed to survive ME. I was never loyal to any hair care line before because the results were not much of a difference if I didn’t use it at all or used another brand. I became more loyal to baseball caps instead. I gave all hair care lines I tried sufficient time, but I was never really impressed with the results. Then comes my daughter with a head full of hair. I wasn’t ready, lol. Hair closer to 4C than mine that added to the hair care struggle. Tried more products on her but no impressive results. Met Bree at the same Pop-UP more than once and finally purchased “Baby Hair.” I purchased the hair yogurt, shampoo and conditioner, scalp oil, and edge control. She picked these items out specifically for me. I tried the products on my daughter first and was blown away. I was NEVER able to part my daughter’s hair with my fingers after washing it…..NEVER. Yet there I was, amazed. Her hair was very soft and manageable wet and even after it dried. The scalp oil did her and I so much justice. It’s a must for the scalp oil for the both of us, and that edge control is the TRUTH. I was given a Bree-Over by a lovely talented Toya from TOTAL U Salon with Baby Hair products, and I have been flipping my hair so much I may need a neck brace. I am now in a committed relationship with Baby Hair and have a beautician I look forward to seeing again soon. This is definitely a game changer
